The short version

1. Membership costs $49.99 every 30 days or $499.99 every 365 days, and renews automatically until you turn off renewals.
2. By joining you let us take each fee, plus network and swap costs on top, from your Play, Cash or coins on any of your wallets.
3. There are no refunds. A payment that lands for a period already paid goes to your Play balance, and nowhere else.
4. If we can only take part of a fee, we keep it, the rest is still owed, and your membership is paused until it is paid.
5. Coins are valued at our price when we take them. You carry all price and network risk.
6. We can change prices and benefits, and suspend or end a membership for a detected irregularity, abuse, a chargeback or sharing.

1. These terms

1.1 These Membership Terms apply to every TOURNAMENT membership. They form part of the TOURNAMENT Terms of Service. If the two conflict on membership, these terms win.

1.2 You accept these terms when you press Start membership, Pay, Approve and pay, or Approve membership fees, or when you otherwise approve membership fees being taken from your wallets.

2. What membership is

2.1 Membership gives you member status as described on the site at the time, such as the gold tick beside your name, a member number, and any members-only features we offer.

2.2 Membership is not a balance, a deposit, an investment or a share in anything. It has no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged.

2.3 We may add, change or remove member benefits at any time. A change to benefits is not a reason for a refund.

2.4 Anything sold or given separately to members (for example a Marine build) is governed by its own rules, not by these terms.

2.5 Your member number stays with your account if your membership lapses.

3. Price and plans

3.1 There are two plans:

• Monthly: $49.99 every 30 days.
• Yearly: $499.99 every 365 days, paid up front.

3.2 Your price is set when you join and is stored on your account. Each renewal charges your stored price, not the price shown to new members.

3.3 Prices are in US dollars. "Monthly" and "a month" on the site mean a period of 30 days.

4. Automatic renewal

4.1 Your membership renews automatically at the end of each period, on the same plan and at your stored price, until you turn off renewals.

4.2 To turn off renewals, go to Settings, Membership, Manage membership and press Turn off renewals. Your membership then runs to the end of the period you have paid for and ends.

4.3 If you turn off renewals while a renewal is owed, the amount owed stays owed and your membership stays paused until it is paid. Your membership then runs to the end of that period and ends.

4.4 You can start a lapsed membership again at any time with Start membership. You pay the price in force on that day, and a new period starts from that payment.

5. Your approval to collect

5.1 By joining, you authorise us to collect each membership fee, plus the network costs and coin sale or swap costs on top of it, from any balance you hold with us.

5.2 That covers, in this order or in any combination:

1. (a)your Play balance;
2. (b)your Cash;
3. (c)any coin or token in any wallet we provide to you, on Solana, on every EVM chain and on Tron.

5.3 We decide which sources to use and in what amounts. We may take from one source or split a fee across several.

5.4 Collections go only to our own treasury wallets.

5.5 You give this approval once, when you join. It covers every wallet and every chain on your account, including wallets we add later, and every renewal. It has no limit on the number of periods: it stays in force for as long as your account is live, until you turn off renewals or remove it.

5.6 Removing our approval from a wallet does not cancel an amount already owed and does not entitle you to a refund. To stop future fees, turn off renewals (section 4.2).

5.7 You must keep enough in your balances to pay each renewal. Not knowing a renewal was due is not a reason for a refund.

6. Coins and costs

6.1 A coin is valued at our price at the time we collect it. We may value a coin below our price to cover the cost of selling it (currently 3% less), and that cost is paid by you on top of the fee.

6.2 Network costs for moving any coin or token to us are paid by you on top of the fee.

6.3 We may refuse to take any coin, including a coin with a thin market, a coin we cannot price, a coin that is locked, staked or held for another purpose, or a coin whose costs are too high.

6.4 You bear all price risk and all network risk. Once a coin is taken, any later rise or fall in its price is ours, not yours.

7. No refunds

7.1 All membership fees are final. There are no refunds.

7.2 That includes, without limit:

1. (a)a part period, or time you did not use;
2. (b)turning off renewals, or your membership ending;
3. (c)closing your account;
4. (d)a suspension, ban or account restriction, for any reason;
5. (e)a change in member benefits;
6. (f)any rise or fall in the price of a coin we took;
7. (g)a collection that failed, or that took only part of a fee.

7.3 The only money we ever return is set out in section 9 (payments for a period already paid).

8. Part payments and unpaid fees

8.1 The full fee is your obligation for every period, including the first.

8.2 If we can only collect part of a fee, we keep what we collected and the rest stays owed.

8.3 Your membership is paused, and we may restrict your account, until the rest is paid. Paying what is still owed restores it. Time while paused is not added back.

8.4 The same applies when you join and only part of the first fee is paid: we keep what was paid, and membership starts once the rest is paid.

8.5 We may keep trying to collect what is owed, from any source in section 5, until it is paid. We may give a short grace period before pausing a membership, but we do not have to.

9. Payments for a period already paid

9.1 If a payment lands for a period that is already paid, we credit it to your Play balance.

9.2 This is the only case where money goes back to you. It goes to Play only, never to an external wallet, and is then subject to the Terms of Service like any other Play balance.

10. Our rights

10.1 Prices. We may change membership prices at any time. New members pay the new price at once. Existing members keep their stored price unless we change it, and a change to an existing member's price takes effect with notice. If you do not accept a new price, turn off renewals before it applies.

10.2 Suspension and ending. We may suspend or end any membership, at once and without refund, for:

1. (a)a detected irregularity;
2. (b)abuse of the site, of other players or of member features;
3. (c)a chargeback, payment reversal or disputed payment on your account;
4. (d)sharing an account or a membership;
5. (e)any breach of these terms or the Terms of Service.

10.3 Any amount owed to us when a membership is suspended or ended stays owed, and we may collect it under section 5.

10.4 Availability. We may pause new memberships, or stop offering membership, at any time. If we stop offering it, current memberships run to the end of their paid period.

11. One membership per person

11.1 Each membership is for one person and one account. You may not hold more than one membership.

11.2 Accounts run by bots or automation cannot be members.

11.3 Sharing an account or a membership with anyone else is grounds for suspension with no refund.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms by posting a new version on the site. Changes to price follow section 10.1. Any other change applies from the moment it is posted, or from a later date it states. Continuing your membership after a change is your acceptance of it.

13. Governing law

13.1 These terms, and any dispute about them or about membership, are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.

13.2 Disputes are resolved as set out in section 18 of the Terms of Service.
